Build the core of Asteroid end-to-end — from the data pipeline that surfaces opportunities to the app surface our customers live in. You ship fast, care about craft, and treat the boundary between product and engineering as a useful fiction.

Own what Asteroid becomes. You will talk to customers daily, define the roadmap, and turn messy market signal into a sharp product. You think in problems and outcomes, and you write clearly enough that the team can move without you in the room.

Design the models and agents that turn raw signal into qualified opportunities. You have strong taste for what LLMs are good and bad at, and a track record of shipping AI features that hold up in production rather than in demos.
Interview Process
Send us a short message answering one of these questions:
- What's your favorite piece of software, and what do you like about it?
- Think about a piece of software you use often but wish you could change or tweak: what is confusing? What would you like to change about it?
- What's something you're actively learning right now, either for work or just for fun? How are you going about it?
No need to write more than a few sentences. If you're a human, we recommend you do not use AI — nearly always, we'd rather read human writing than AI writing. (Yes, we can tell the difference.)
